On offer is this incredible hardcover art book, 10" x 8", created specifically for the Irresponsible Captain Tylor Ultra Edition. This book is cram packed with great artwork, background on the show, interviews, line art, and a special short story novella especially commissioned by the author, Hitoshi Yoshioka. Almost 300 pages of material for this classic anime TV show! This book was made in VERY limited quantities and this release is long out of print. It is from my personal collection and has been stored since it was manufactured. I have a couple of these available and nothing like it will ever be made again. Yoshikoka-sensei even commented when this book was released that it was one of the most amazing collections of materials on the program based on his novels he had ever seen, and it was better than anything that was ever released in Japan. As noted, It includes a special short story written by him especially for the book, which was not released even in Japan . Yoshioka-sensei passed away in January 2023.
