Description

Vintage handmade Tin Man (Wizard of Oz) hanging yard or garden decoration. I never hanged him outside. Rather, he's been in my damp basement for over 20 years. Yet, as you can see in the pictures, his bright grey paint and red heart must have protected him from weathering and rust! Made of various sizes of cans with a funnel for his hat, bottle cap buttons, and sardine can shoes. Built to last as he has never fallen apart! He measures 6 inches thick at his torso, 12 inches wide from shoulder to shoulder, and 24 inches tall - that does not include the rusty bendable wire hanger at the top. He weighs in at 2.2 pounds.
